知识产权保护与专利质量关系研究

Intellectual Property Protection and Patent Quality

随着我国知识产权战略的实施,我国创新主体的创新质量大幅提升,专利数量逐年增长,但专利质量与国外相比还有较大差距。本文对专利质量的内涵进行了剖析,分析了知识产权保护和专利质量的关系,从提升专利质量的角度,对加强知识产权保护提出建议。

With the implementation of intellectual property strategy in China, the innovation quality of the innovation subject of our country has been greatly improved, and the number of patents is increasing year by year, but there is still a big gap between the patent quality and foreign countries. This paper analyzes the connotation of patent quality, analyzes the relationship between patent protection and patent quality. From the perspective of enhancing the quality of patents, this paper puts forward some suggestions on strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights.
