Analysis of the Implementation Process of College StudentsEntrepreneurship Policy for College Students Based on Smiths Policy Implementation Process Model

为推动我国大学生创业政策的有效执行,鼓励大学生创业,缓解就业压力,本文基于史密斯执行政策过程模型,分析当前我国大学生创业政策执行过程中存在的政策系统性不足、执行主体的执行能力有限、大学生创业能力与经验不足以及创业社会氛围不够浓厚等问题,并针对这些问题,从不同方面提出对策建议。

In order to promote the implementation of college students＇ entrepreneurship policy, to encourage more students to start their own businesses, to ease the pressure of employment in China, this paper analyzes problems in the implementation process of entrepreneurship policy of college students in China based on the Smith＇s Policy Implementation Process Model. Including the problem of policy, the ability of government staff is not enough, college students＇ entrepreneurship ability and experience is limited, and the problem of entrepreneurship social environment. Then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from the perspective of perfecting the entrepreneurship policy of college students, strengthening the execution ability of government staff, strengthening the concern and participation of college students, and optimizing the social environment of college students＇ entrepreneurship.
