摘要
根据该核电汽轮机性能试验数据计算了机组实际运行热平衡图,通过对汽轮机本体、再热系统、回热系统、系统运行状态的性能诊断和分析,认为该汽轮机性能与设计值接近。性能试验结果机组功率偏低的主要原因是主汽阀前蒸汽压力性能修正曲线不合理。同时,对机组存在的问题提出了改进措施,可为后续机组性能诊断与分析提供参考。
After the performance testing of a operation nuclear power plant steam turbine, the thermal performance did not meet the design value. The paper calculated the actual operating heat balance diagram of the unit based on the performance test data. Through the performance analysis and diagnosis of the steam turbine, reheat system, heat regenerative system and the operation state of the system, the paper considered that the thermal performance of the unit was close to the design value. The main reason of the low power was that the correction curve of the steam pressure before the main steam valve is not reasonable. Meanwhile, this paper proposes the improvement measures for the existing problems of the unit. It can provide reference for the diagnosis and analysis of the unit performance.
