摘要
以华北电网某F级燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组为例,通过试验确定了联合循环机组抽凝和背压两种运行模式下供热量的变化,建立了全厂热效率的计算模型,并得出了联合循环机组的供热性能。结果表明:全厂热效率随着供热量增加而提高,当供热量需求在200t/h^400t/h范围时,一拖一抽凝模式具有经济性运行优势;供热量需求在400t/h^620t/h范围时,采用背压模式运行优势明显;供热量需求在620t/h^770t/h范围时,仅背压模式能够满足运行需求。
Take a Fclass gas-steam combines cycle unit as an example, the variation range of heat supply in two operation modes of extraction and back pressure was determined by test. The calculation model of heat efficiency was established, and the heat supply performance of combined cycle unit was obtained. The results show that the thermal efficiency with the increase of the amount of heating increases. Between 200t/h and 400t/h, "one-on-one" extraction mode has the advantage of economic operation; Between 400t/h and 620t/h, the advantage of the back pressure mode is obvious ; Between 620t/h and 770t/h, only the back pressure mode can meet the operational requirements.
