摘要
汽轮机疏水系统关系到汽轮机设备运行的安全性和经济性。汽轮机设备发生的汽缸上下温差高、跳闸后转速失控、疏水口金属裂纹、疏水口附近管道泄漏等问题经常与疏水系统设计以及疏水阀控制逻辑有关。由于汽轮机设备运行的复杂性、多样性,在不同工况下投运疏水系统有时能安全地疏水,有时却存在疏水回流或者冷蒸汽回流风险。通过对疏水系统存在问题的分析,提出了疏水系统设计及疏水阀控制逻辑的改进意见,使之能及时排放汽轮机设备及相关管道内部的积水,又能防止其内部进水和冷蒸汽回流,保证汽轮机设备安全。
The turbine drainage system affects safety and economy of turbine operation. The problems such as high different temperature between upper casing and lower one, rotation speed out of control after turbine trip, metal cracks around drainage hole, pipe leakage near drainage hole are always related to drainage design and control logic. There exists safety or dangerous now and then for turbine when the drainage puts in service as the multiplicity and complex of turbine operation conditions. The paper analyses existing problems in drainage system and then puts forward solutions for drainage design and control logic, which can not only drain the condensate water inside equipment promptly but also prevent water induction and cool steam reverse flow in order to protect the turbine equipment.
