摘要 共餐具有丰富、生动的结构过程和文化象征意义,作为一种教育仪式,它体现了一种隐秘的文化逻辑。基于对教育场景中共餐过程的田野考察表明,共餐仪式是一个从结构到混结构的转化,经历过这种仪式的个体可能会产生一种新的情感和认识。共餐仪式中穿插着诸如空间、座位和敬酒顺序等符号,从这些符号中可以窥探到其所包含的尊重、重视、和谐等象征意味。共餐具有独特的教育意义,它不仅是缓和冲突的一种方式,也起着拉近不同人群情感的效果。 The dining together includes rich and vivid construction process and cultural symbolism, and it reflects a hidden cultural logic as an educational ritual. Based on the fieldwork about the process of dining together in education scene, we found that the dining together is a ritual transition from structure to the mix structure, and everyone who has experienced this ritual may have a new feeling and understanding. The process in dining together ritual includes some symbols such as space, seating and toast order, from which we could discover respect, emphasis, harmony and so on. There is unique educational value in the dining together. It is not only a way to ease the conflict, but also playing a part in the closer emotional of different groups.
