校长美德对组织学习、组织氛围的影响研究 被引量:1

A Study of the Influence of Headmasters' Virtues on Organizational Learning and Climate

摘要 运用我国当前文化背景下中小学校长德性、学校氛围和组织学习的相关量表,对50所中小学校的1000名教师进行调查表明,教师对于校长美德的"基本素养""卓越导向""协作与分享"三个层面比较认可,德性、学校氛围和组织学习三者间确实存在明显的相关关系。校长美德的水平越高,学校组织氛围越好;学校组织学习的水平越高,学校组织氛围越好。因而,中小学校长应加强自身美德的修养,重视氛围建设,给予中小学教师更多的支持与帮助。 Through the making of scales relevant to the virtues of principles, school climate and organizational learning in elementary and middle schools under the current cultural background, and then the investigation of 1000 teachers from 50 elementary and middle schools with these scales, we found that teachers are relatively happy with such three dimensions of principal' virtues as the "basic quality", "extraordinary guidance" and "corporation and sharing", and there is an obvious correlation between virtues, school climate and organizational learning. The higher the level of principals' virtues is, the better the schools' organizational climate is. Similarly, the higher the level of school's organizational learning is, the better school's organizational climate is. Elementary and middle school princi- pals should cultivate their virtue, emphasize the climate construction and give more support and help to primary school teachers.
