摘要
基于对中国煤炭企业433位员工调查问卷数据,通过单因素方差分析,深入探讨了人口统计学变量和组织/工作变量在我国煤炭企业两种绩效考核目的,即发展型绩效考核和评估型绩效考核的差异性。研究结果表明:我国煤炭企业发展型绩效考核在文化程度、婚姻状况、收入满意度和工作年限上存在显著性差异,评估型绩效考核在文化程度和收入满意度上存在显著性差异。因此,管理者应充分重视这类群体的诉求,建立以发展为目的的绩效考核体系,提高员工的工作积极性和组织认同感,进而促进煤炭企业可持续发展。
Based on the survey of 433 employees of coal enterprises in China, the different effects of demographic variables and organizational/work related variables on developmental and evaluative performance appraisal of Chinese coal enterprises were investigated using one-way ANOVA. The results showed that developmental performance appraisal varied significantly with re- spect to education level, marital status, income satisfaction and job duration. Evaluative performance appraisal differed significant- ly with respect to educational level and income satisfaction. Therefore, managers of coal enterprises should pay attention to the de- mands of groups mentioned above and establish developmental performance appraisal system to improve occupational enthusiasm and organizational identity of employees and promote the sustainable development of coal enterprises.
