摘要
运用现场调查分析、归纳总结以及安全文化定量测量系统,研究企业安全文化与安全业绩的联系。通过安全文化定量测量、安全理念定位研究以及安全文化外在表现形式分析得出,调研企业定量测量结果与近年来安全业绩基本一致,证实了安全文化对安全业绩的决定作用及影响趋势。在保持发挥安全管理优势的同时,针对集团企业安全文化建设中的薄弱环节提出改善措施。
The authors adopted field investigation, summarizing and safety culture quantitative measuring system to study relationships between safety culture and safety performance. According to analysis of safety culture quantitative measuring, positioning studies of safety idea, and external manifestations of safety culture, the research results of the chosen coal enterprises was consist with their safety performance currently years, which showed that safety culture have great decisive action and influence on safety performance. The authors provided improvement measures on weaken parts of enterprises＇ safety culture construction.
