气垫式带式输送机在煤矿(选煤厂)输煤系统的应用分析

Application analysis of air cushion type belt conveyor in coal conveying system of coal mine(coal washery)

介绍了气垫式带式输送机的结构、工作原理、国内外生产制造厂家以及国内外输煤系统应用情况,对比分析了气垫式带式输送机与托辊式带式输送机在选煤厂的使用成本,阐述了气垫式带式输送机优缺点,最终得出了气垫式带式输送机不适宜煤矿输煤系统,适用于选煤厂带廊桥的输煤系统。

This paper introduced the structure, working principle production manufacturers at home and abroad of air cushion belt conveyor and its application situation in coal conveying system at home and abroad, contrastively analyzed use-costs of air cushion type belt conveyor and roller type belt conveyor applied in coal mine （coal wasbery）, then elaborated the advantages and disadvantages of air cushion type belt conveyor. The results showed that the air cushion type belt conveyor wasnot suitable for coal mine＇s coal conveying system, but suitable for coal washery＇s coal conveying system with gallery bridge.
