河北省燃煤电厂大气污染物近零排放的工程实践及社会效益研究 被引量:5

摘要 以河北省16台燃煤发电机组近零排放改造为研究对象,研究分析了近零排放的技术路线、工程实践、环境效果和成本投入情况。研究结果表明,16台机组近零排放改造后烟尘平均排放浓度为2.15mg/m^3、SO_2平均排放浓度为9mg/m^3、NO_X平均排放浓度为21.43mg/m^3,均低于《环境空气质量标准》(GB13223-2011)中规定的天然气燃气轮机组排放浓度限值,对常规大气污染物具有显著的减排效果。煤电近零排放技改是立足我国能源资源禀赋和环境约束条件下煤炭清洁高效利用的重要途径,在环保减排和节约成本等方面具有显著的经济和社会效益。 Taking near-zero emission upgrading of 16 coal route, engineering practice, environment effect and cost input fired generator units in Hebei Province as research object, technical of near zero emission were studied and analyzed. The research results showed that after near-zero emission upgrading, the average emission concentration of soot, SO2 and NOx was respectively 2. 15 mg/m3 , 9 mg/ma and 50 mg/m3 , which were less than the emission limits of natural gas turbine units specified in GB13223 --2011, so the upgrading had remarkable emission reduction effects on normal air pollutants. Technical improvement of near-zero emission for coal-fired generator units was an important approach for clean and efficient utilization of coal resources based on Chings energy resource endowment and environmental constraint, it had significant social benefits in terms of environment protection, pollutant emission reduction and cost saving.
