The occupational safety and health of Polish coal mines keeps first-class in the world,which depends largely on four factors： continuously optimized legal system, independent and vertical safety supervision model, tight and efficient administrative law enforcement and emergency rescue mechanisms. China can learn and draw lessons from the Polish experience and then im- prove Chinese coal mines work safety in the process of mine safety supervision system reform.
