Aiming at the problems of low comprehensive mechanization level, complex transportation system, weak main shaft hoisting capacity in Fucun Coal Industry Company, a series of innovative practices were implemented, such as system optimization, equipment upgrade and coal bunker dilatation, the production system was optimized and modified, the labor organiza tion was optimized and the production delicacy management was carried out, which promoted the coal mine＇s safety and high-efficient mining and achieved favorable economic benefit and social value.
