现代职业学校制度建设现状实证分析——以四川省30所职业学校调查数据为样本

Empirical Analysis on Construction of Modern Vocational School System——Based on Survey Data of 30 Vocational Schools in Sichuan Province

在国家加快发展现代职业教育的战略部署下,现代职业学校制度建设提上议事日程。以实地访谈和网络问卷方式采集四川省30所代表性职业学校的调查数据为样本进行实证分析,发现当前职业学校制度建设问题突出、发展不均衡,具体表现在学校制度建设呈现总体满意但仍存障碍,制度框架初步建立但问题依然突出,以及对职业教育的现代性认知不足等。

Under the national strategy to speed up development of modem vocational education, the construction of modern vocational school system has been on the agenda. Through field interviews and network questionnaire as well as empirical analysis, it is found that there are serious problems in current construction of vocational school system and the development is unbalanced, which embodied that the school system construction is satisfied overall but barriers still exist, institutional framework has been preliminarily established but the problem is still outstanding, and the cognition to modernity of vocational education is insufficient, etc.
