摘要
课程体系既是地方本科高校转型发展的"出发点",也是"落脚点",直接决定了人才培养的类型与质量。以物流专业为例,比较河北省某转型试点高校与德国科隆应用科技大学课程体系建设情况,二者在人才培养目标、课程设置、课程安排、课程实施以及课程评价方面等存在较大差异。加快我国地方本科高校转型发展进程,应确保人才培养目标精准化、课程安排实用化、课程设计模块化、教学方式多样化、课程评价社会化。
Curriculum system is not only the starting point but also the destination of the transitional development of local undergraduate university, and directly determines the type and quality of talent training. Taking the logistics specialty as an example, this paper compared the curriculum system construction between a reforming university in Hebei Province and the CUAS in Germany, and it is found that there is large difference in talent training objectives, curriculum setting, curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation. To speed up the transitional development of local undergraduate university, it is suggested to ensure the precise talent training goal, practical curriculum content, modularized curriculum design, socialized curriculum evaluation as well as diverse teaching methods.
