基于PDP的高职学生综合素质测评分析——以深圳职业技术学院金融专业为例 被引量:4

摘要 PDP大学生综合素质测评系统对学生的个人发展规划和专业教学及培养计划的制定都具有非常有效的辅助作用,该系统按照学生素质的分类分为六组:职业了解程度、压力应对能力、学习能力、交流能力、专业技能、英语电脑能力。对深圳职业技术学院金融专业三个年级的学生进行施测,按技能主指标分类对测试结果进行比对和分析,发现学生专业技能随年级的上升而显著提高,而压力应对、学习能力、交流能力等重要核心能力的获得感没有随年级的上升而明显提高。应当调整学生的核心能力培养方略,完善PDP系统并更充分地发挥其作用。 The PDP College Students' Comprehensive Quality Assessment System plays a very effective auxiliary role in the formulation of students' personal development planning, professional teaching and training program. The system is divided into six groups: occupation understanding degree, ability to cope with stress, learning ability, communication skills, professional skills, and English and computer skills. Based on result of test, we found that the professional skills of students increased significantly with grade rising, while the sense of gaining of the important core competence of pressure response, learning ability and communication skills was not significantly improved with the increase of grade. We should adjust the training strategy of students' core competence, improve the PDP system and more fully play its role.
