猪同工酶酶谱型及其与屠宰性能的相关研究

Electrophorograms Types of the Isoenzymes in Pig Tissues and Their Relations With Slaughter Characters

本试验用水平板淀粉凝胶电泳的方法,对北京黑猪、香猪、长北(长白公×北京黑母)杂交猪的血液及其它组织中的4种同工酶进行了电泳分型,这4种同工酶是6-磷酸葡萄糖酸脱氢酶(6-PGD)、葡萄糖6-磷酸脱氢酶(G·6PD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GP)和酯酶(EST)。分型的结果看到红细胞G6PD可作为猪品种纯度鉴定的指标。在此基础上,进一步对这些酶型与屠宰性能的关系进行研究。

Horizontal starch gel electrophoresis was used to measure the isoenzymes of 6-phosphogluconate dehydrogenase (6-PGD), Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD), esterase (Est) aad glutathion peroxidase (GP) in the different tissues of 58 Beijing Black pigs, 18 Xiang pigs and 12 crossbreed pigs (Landrace boars X Beijing Black sows).The results indicated that the electrophoretogram of-G6PD may be used for identification the breed Purity of Pig.In this paper the relationship between isoen-zyme type and slaughtered characteres are also studied.
