国内部分口腔医师乳牙牙髓病诊疗操作规范现况调查

The situation of treatment of pulpitis in primary dentition among some dentists in China

目的了解国内口腔医师对乳牙牙髓病诊疗的认识及特定情况下治疗倾向,诊疗操作环境的保障情况,为我国儿童口腔教学及临床实践提供借鉴。方法从两项问卷调查课题回收问卷中的相同题目提取数据。研究对象均为三级医院口腔医师。结果在操作环境方面,口腔专科医院医师与综合医院医师在橡皮障的使用上差异显著,在专用灭菌包的使用上没有显著差异。特定情况下的诊疗倾向中,专科医院医师与综合医院医师差异显著。在乳牙保存活髓的认识上,专科医院医师与综合医院医师差异显著。结论口腔专科医院医师对乳牙牙髓病诊疗的统一规范程度高于综合医院口腔科医师。国内医师特别是综合医院口腔科医师需要加强乳牙牙髓病治疗的规范化培训。

Objective To realize the dentists＂ knowledge and attitudes to indications and treatment of primary dentition, to evaluate condition for treatment, and to provide reference for our country＇s dental teaching and clinical practice. Methods To analyze the data about the two kinds of questionaries completed by dentists from tertiary hospitals. Results There was significant difference on using rubber dam, while no significant difference of using sterilization package between the dentists from dental hospitals and general hospitals. And there was significant difference on treatment plans at some circumstance and attitudes of the importance of vita pulp of primary teeth between two groups. Conclusion The level of standardization on diagnosis and treatment in pulp diseases at primary dentition by the dentists from dental hospitals was higher comparing with the ones from general hospitals. Dentists, especially from general hospitals, should get more standardized trainings on diagnosis and treatment in pulp diseases at primary dentition.
