从传统观念的企业创新出发 ,对企业创新系统的形成与发展进行了深入的分析 ,并从动力学角度阐明了企业创新系统的本质涵义 ,指出了企业创新系统是一个有机的复合整体 ,探讨了企业创新系统的运行机制 :决策机制、协调机制、激励机制。
