首先描述了中高强度商品住区在全国迅猛发展的趋势,并阐述了当下商品住区盛行之时公共空间的外向性变迁过程,然后探讨了住区街区式开放的适宜规模和开放后的居住安全问题,提出打造"街道眼"的安全界面,在规模与安全基础上,最后,针对商品住区不同用地规模大小,提出了与城市更为融合的小规模中高强度商品住区完全街区式开放和大规模中高强度商品住区局部街区式开放的对策。
The paper starts with a description on the rapid development of the commercial residential area with medium to high development intensity in China, and elaborates the outward transmission process of the public space at present, Then the paper discusses the suitable scale and the security problem after the residential area being opened up, It proposes to create a security interface of "street eye". Finally, considering the variety in land use size of different commercial residential areas, the authors put forward the countermeasure of complete opening of small scale commercial residential area with the medium to high development intensity, which is more integrated with the city, and partial opening of large scale commercial residential area with medium to high development intensity.
