摘要
以信息熵为理论基础,建立面向产品生产过程的生产复杂度模型.结合实际生产过程中的生产要素,系统地建立基于广义信息熵理论的生产过程的静态复杂度和动态复杂度模型,并将上述复杂性理论应用于生产线平衡性研究.提出生产系统的相对时间节拍和生产线平衡性评估指标两个评价生产线平衡性的量化指标,为生产线的平衡性评估、优化生产效率提供参考.通过实例证明理论和方法的有效性.
A production-centered model for production complexity is built based on information entropy theory. The production complexity of the model falls into static complexity and dynamic complexity. This method is thus used to study production line balance. And this paper proposes two quantitative indicators for evaluating the production line balance and relative time beats of production system, which can cast light on assessing the balance of production system and improving the efficiency of production. Finally, an example is provided to illustrate the validity of the proposed theory and methodology.
