摘要 智能配用电园区含有多种类型分布式电源、多样性负荷和各种形式的储能,同时具有先进的自动化和信息系统,对其进行有效集成方能实现信息共享和高效利用。文章根据智能配用电园区的实际需求,提出了智能园区配用电集成构架设计,主要研究配电一次设备与智能配电终端的融合与集成、智能配用电信息集成、实现设备与设备、智能用电设备与系统集成3个方面内容,能够实现设备与系统、系统与系统之间的高度集成。该技术已经在天津生态城试点应用,可为提高供电可靠性、新能源消纳、电网与用户的互动提供基础。 Smart power distribution and utilization park contains various of types of distributed power, diversity load and various forms of energy storage, and has advanced automation and information systems. Effective integration is needed to achieve information sharing and efficient use. According to the actual demand of smart power distribution and utilization park, the paper puts forward the design of intelligent integrated system. In order to achieve highly integrated between devices and systems, the main research contents include three aspects: integration of power distribution devices and intelligent distribution terminals, integration of information, integration of devices and systems. The technology has been applied in the Tianjin Eco- City pilot, can provide the basis for the improvement of power supply reliability, new energy consumption, and power grid and user interaction.
