摘要
针对智能配用电园区电网发展要求的安全可靠、经济高效、优质供电、高效运行等特征,文章从技术性、经济性和智能化3个方面出发,构建了智能配用电园区电网综合评价指标体系,提出了综合评价方法,并选取中新天津生态城这一示范园区,针对其规划建设情况进行了综合评价与分析。所提综合评价指标及评价方法适用于我国其它智能配用电园区电网的规划、建设以及运行的综合评价。
According to the characteristics of safety and reliability, cost-effective, quality power supply and efficient operation of the intelligent distribution network development requirements, the comprehensive evaluation of the technology and economy on smart power distribution and utilization park is defined in this paper. An evaluation index system is established from the aspect of technology, economy and intelligent, and the comprehensive evaluation model and evaluation process are also proposed. Taking the eco-city of Tianjin as the demonstration area and the actual distribution network in this region as the research object, the comprehensive evaluation of the optimal planning scheme is carried out and the improvement effect of the optimization scheme is compared with the original planning scheme. The results show that the comprehensive evaluation system proposed in this paper can provide guidance for the future construction of other intelligent distribution networks in China.
