摘要
转供能力作为未来智能配电网一个新的运行边界,对于提升网络整体供电能力以及实现网络的灵活控制和可靠运行具有非常重要的现实意义。文章在分析总结影响配电网转供能力因素的基础上,给出了转供能力在不同运行状态下的定义与划分,对相关研究现状进行梳理的同时,结合配电网的自身特点及未来发展趋势,对转供能力的研究发展进行展望,给出了可能的分析与量化方法,可为配电网规划与运行提供参考。
As a new operating boundary of the smart grid, the load transfer capability has a great significance for the flexible control and reliable operation of the distribution network. The new definition and division of the load transfer capability of distribution network is given based on the analysis of the influence factors. Combining the characteristic of the distribution network with the future development trends, an possible quantified analysis method is put forward which can provide a reference for the planning and operation of the distribution system.
