摘要
结合宁波市北仑城区配电网的实际情况,以图论算法为基础,提出了一种适合城区配电网的结构描述方法。该方法将开关站的10k V母线看做节点,将各侧开关及连接电缆看做弧,根据实际潮流方向,形成一种新的有向图。然后,提出了改进的负荷均衡优化算法和流程,并对北仑城区配电网进行重构优化。结果表明,新的网络描述方法可以有效地降低数据规模,简化网络结构,尤其适合电缆线路建模,同时改进的负荷均衡优化算法也使北仑城区各10k V配电线路的负荷分布更趋均衡,设备利用更加充分,能够有效解决部分线路重载,甚至过载问题。
Based on the actual situation of urban distribution network in Beilun District of Ningbo City, this paper proposes a method for describing the structure of urban distribution network based on graph theory. Treating the 10kV bus of the switch station as a node and the side switches and connecting cables as arcs, this method forms a new directed graph according to the actual trend of the direction. Then, an improved load balance optimization algorithm and flow are proposed, and the reconstruction of Beilun urban distribution network is optimized. The results show that the new network description method can effectively reduce the data size, simplify the network structure, especially for cable line modeling. At the same time, the improved load balance optimization algorithm also makes the load distribution of 10kV distribution lines in Beilun city more balanced, the equipment is more fully utilized, and can effectively slove the overload problem of some lines.
