摘要
电子式电压传感器(electronic voltage transformer,EVT)在10k V配电网线路中的应用日益广泛,而高压陶瓷电容是EVT传感器中的关键部分,它的性能直接关系到产品的稳定性。文章从陶瓷电容的材料以及工艺的角度,分析了影响其性能失效的原因,并提出改良方法,经过对改良产品的测试验证,表明改良后的高压陶瓷电容性能比传统电容优越,具有技术推广价值。
The application of electronic voltage transformer (EVT) in 10kV distribution network is increasingly wide- spread, and high voltage ceramic capacitor is a key part of EVT. Its performance is directly related to the stability of the products. In this paper, the causes that affects the performance of the ceramic capacitor is analyzed, and the improved method is proposed. The test for improved product validation shows that the performance of modified high-voltage ceram- ic capacitor is superior to the traditional one, which is worth of popularization.
