摘要
以铝合金轨道车辆为研究对象,给出了搅拌摩擦焊技术的基本原理及特点。介绍了焊接材料种类和焊接使用设备,论述了焊接接头性能和质量,同时分析了搅拌摩擦焊技术在国内外轨道车辆制造中的应用前景。
Took aluminum alloy rail vehicle as the research object to present the basic principle and characteristics of the friction stir welding technology. Introduced the types of welding materials and the equipment for welding and discussed the performance and quality of the welded joints with analyses on potential application of the friction stir welding technology in manufacturing of rail vehicles at home and abroad.
