Improvement and Innovation of Processing Technology for High and Medium Pressure Inner Cylinder of 137 MW Combined Cycle Steam Turbine

摘要 概述了137 MW联合循环汽轮机的结构与加工制造,结合生产实践,介绍了137 MW联合循环汽轮机高中压内缸加工工艺的改进与创新,具体包括:攻克结构难题,完成内部叶根槽及汽封槽等的加工;通过刀具改进完成大深度测温孔的加工;通过工艺优化解决泵水泄漏问题等。 Gave an overview on the structure and manufacturing of 137 MW combined cycle steam turbine and introduced the improvement and innovation of the processing technology for high and medium pressure inner cylinder of 137 MW combined cycle steam turbine combined with production practice. In aspect of structure, the processing of the internal blade root groove and steam seal groove were finished, the processing of large deep temperature hole was accomplished by the improved tool, and the pump leakage was solved via process optimization.
