以上海A集团为例,提出了构建人力资源共享服务体系的目的,基于人力资源三支柱模型对实践过程进行了介绍,论述了实践中所面临的挑战。基于实践,对人力资源共享服务体系与人力资源共享服务价值进行了思考。

Taking Shanghai A Group as an example, put forward the purpose of constructing a service system for sharing of human resources, Based on the three-backbone model of human resources, the practice process was introduced, and the challenges in practice were discussed. Based on the practice, the service system for sharing of human resources and the service values were investigated.
