摘要 选择性激光烧结(Selective Laser Sintering,SLS)是增材制造技术的一个重要分支。选择性激光烧结所用原材料是决定SLS工艺成功与否的最基本因素,影响着成型件的致密度、气孔率、显微组织性能、尺寸精度及表面粗糙度等。原材料的开发是制约SLS技术发展的决定性因素。现在,国内外已成功研发出SLS原料主要有金属基粉末、陶瓷基粉末、高分子基粉末材料等。本文对几种主要的粉末材料进行比较和分析,阐述了成型材料的特点及国内外研究现状,并对SLS材料的发展前景进行展望。 Selective laser sintering is an important branch of the technology of additive manufacturing technology. The raw material used in selective laser sintering is the most basic factor that determines the success or failure of the SLS process, which affects the properties, such as density, porosity, microstructure, size precision and surface roughness. The development of raw materials is the decisive factor that restricts the development of SLS technology. Now, at home and abroad, different materials including metal based powder, ceramic powder, polymer based powder materials, etc. have been successfully developed for SLS. In this paper, the characteristics of molding materials and the research status at home and abroad are analyzed, and the future develouments of SLS materials are orosoected.
