摘要
向ZK21合金中添加不同含量的稀土元素Er,然后进行挤压和保温热处理,研究Er含量和热处理对合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,稀土Er具有良好的细化晶粒和抑制静态再结晶晶粒长大的作用;随着保温时间的延长,合金的晶粒尺寸增加。当Er添加量为1%时,ZK21合金的强度和塑性最佳。
The effects of Er content and heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of ZK21 alloy were studied by using the method of adding different content of rare earth element Er, extrusion and holding heat treatment. The results show that the rare earth element Er has good grain refinement and inhibition effect on static recrystallization grain growth. With the holding time prolongs, the grain size of the alloy increases. When Er content is 1%, ZK21 alloy achieves optimum strength and plastic combination due to the combined action of free grain strengthening and nano Mg-Er second phase dispersion strengthening.
