摘要 针对镐型截齿在工作环境下齿体断裂失效问题,利用Solidworks建立截齿刀头无磨损、磨钝、脱落三种工况模型,应用ANSYS有限元分析在三种工况下截齿的应力和变形规律,再进行理论分析对比。结果显示:齿体存在应力传递不均匀现象,刀头出现异常状况为截齿断裂的主要原因,有限元分析与实际故障一致。通过对截齿的有限元分析,为其今后的改进优化提供理论基础。 Aimed at the problem of shearer picks fracture failure in complex working environment, three kinds of working-state models (wear-off, wear dull and fall off) of pick cutter were established by Solidworks to find out the stress change rule. The stress and deformation of shearer picks in three conditions were analyzed using ANSYS finite element software, then the theory analysis was conducted. The results show that there is uneven stress transfer in shearer pick body, and the abnormal condition of cutter head is the main reason for fracture for shearer picks. The finite element analysis results are consistent with the practical failure. The finite element analysis can provide the theoretical foundation for improvement and optimization of shearer picks.
