摘要
采用不同种类变质剂对基于VC颗粒增强的复合耐磨合金材料进行系列变质处理。试验结果表明,在复合耐磨合金材料中加入含钛元素和钠盐的复合变质剂进行变质处理,能使初生VC的数量有所增加,分布更加均匀,形态更为圆整并趋于球化。而未加变质处理的耐磨合金材料则颗粒粗大,且分布不是很均匀,形貌呈开花状;而加入含钛元素和稀土硅作为复合变质剂的耐磨合金材料则初生VC颗粒虽然分布较为均匀,但其颗粒的棱边并不圆滑,颗粒球化并不理想。
The different kinds of modifier were used to process the composite anti-wear alloy with VCp particles enhancing. The experimental results show that the modifier containing Ti and Na elements can make the original VCp particles more uniform distribution, more smooth morphology, even spheroidal morphology. Hence, the original VCp particles are coarse, with the uneven distribution and flowering morphology in the composite anti-wear alloy without modification.
