摘要
为研究冷却速度对铝合金化TRIP钢焊缝熔合区的组织与硬度的作用,采用RSW、YAG、Diode和ARC等4种不同方式对铝合金化TRIP钢焊接。结果表明,铝合金化TRIP钢母材铁素体基体上分布着少量的黑色贝氏体以及部分白色的残余奥氏体。ARC、Diode、YAG和RSW等4种不同焊接方式焊缝冷却速度依次增加,低温组织铁素体含量逐渐减少。随着冷却速度的增加,熔合区的硬度、马氏体含量逐渐升高。
The microstructure and hardness of TRIP steel during four kinds of different welding methods, such as RSW, YAG, Diode and ARC, were studied. The results show that black bainite and a small amount of white residual austenite are observed in the ferritic matrix of TRIP steel. The cooling velocity increases in turn in the proper welding order of ARC, Diode, YAG and RSW. The hardness and martensite content in fusing zone increase with the increase of cooling rate.
