摘要
针对模样片与模样片的粘接自动化程度不高的问题,以消失模自动粘接生产线为研究对象,借助RobotStudio软件对粘接生产线进行仿真模拟。根据模样的加工工艺,建立了生产线的工艺布局。利用Inventor三维软件对模样输送机、胶池系统及机器人夹具进行设计并导入至RobotStudio软件中。通过建立机械装置和事件管理器,设置设备之间通信的I/O信号,实现对粘胶机器人对模样自动粘接的路径规划、离线编程和仿真模拟过程。为后续生产线的设计制造提供技术参考和可行性依据,降低了劳动强度,提高了生产效率。
Aimed at the low level problem of the bonding automation between pattern piece and pattern piece, taking auto-bonding manufacturing line in lost foam casting as research object, the bonding manufacturing line was simulated with RobotStudio software. According to foam pattern processing technology, technological layout of the manufacturing line is constructed. The foam pattern conveyor, plastic pool system and gripper were designed by Inventor 3D software and imported into RobotStudio software. The bonding robot was applied for the auto-bonding of foam pattern, the path planning, Off-line programming and simulation, and I/O signals for device communications was acquired. The scheme of the manufacturing line can reduce the labor intensity and improve work efficiency.
