等温淬火球墨铸铁生产工艺设计系统的研究 被引量:1

摘要 ADI生产过程中遇到许多问题,为满足ADI生产时整体工艺要求,以及形成从优质球铁生产到等温淬火件加工整个工艺流程的成套工艺设计技术,本文以visual Basic6.0及MATLAB为主要开发工具,研究开发ADI工艺设计系统,系统可进行生产工艺查询、预测、计算、设计等,该系统具有工艺设计效率高,稳定性好等优点,可以广泛应用与铸造厂、热处理厂。 In order to meet the requirements of the whole process system of ADI production, and form a complete set of process design for the whole process from the production of high quality ductile iron to the isothermal quenching parts, taking Basic6.0 visual and MATLAB as the main development tool, the process design system of ADI production was researched and developed with the function of inquring, predicting, calculating, designing and so on. The system has the advantages of high efficiency, good stability and so on.
