本文以发根农杆菌在蚕豆的外植体进行诱导产生毛状根,利用GUS基因特性,采用GUS染色来检测诱导蚕豆产生毛状根的情况。通过对种子萌发时间、外植体、侵染时间等条件进行比较,初步建立蚕豆毛状根发根适宜条件,为利用毛状进行分析测试研究提供了材料。
