摘要
本文以发根农杆菌在蚕豆的外植体进行诱导产生毛状根,利用GUS基因特性,采用GUS染色来检测诱导蚕豆产生毛状根的情况。通过对种子萌发时间、外植体、侵染时间等条件进行比较,初步建立蚕豆毛状根发根适宜条件,为利用毛状进行分析测试研究提供了材料。
Hairy roots were induced by Agrobacterium rhizogenes in the explants of Horsebean, and GUS was used to detect the hairy roots of Horsebean. Using GUS staining. Through the comparison of seed germination time, explants and infection time, the suitable conditions of hairy root of hairy beetles were preliminarily established, and the material was provided for the analysis of hairy.
