摘要
本文初步探讨了转矩流变仪在快速评价尼龙用热稳定剂对增强尼龙66(PA66-G35)的抗热氧老化性能的作用。转矩流变实验可以快速评价不同铜盐类热稳定剂对提高PA66-G35抗热氧老化性能的效果差异,为以后更快速筛选合适的尼龙用热稳定剂提供了一定的理论依据。
This paper preliminary study on the effect of torque rheometer to rapidly assess heat stabilizers of nylon in improving the performance of anti- thermal oxidative aging of reinforced nylon-66(PA66-G35). The experiment of torque rheological can rapidly assess the effect of the different copper salt heat stabilizers in improving the performance of anti- thermal oxidative aging of reinforced nylon-66(PA66-G35). This paper provide some theoretical basis to quickly choose suitable heat stabilizers of nylon in the future.
