烟用三乙酸甘油酯水分测试影响

摘要 利用卡尔·费休法,研究了相对湿度和不同进样量对烟用三乙酸甘油酯水分测试的影响。在恒定温度和相同进样量条件下,通过改变环境相对湿度,以及在恒温恒湿条件下,改变样品测试的进样量,分别测得烟用三乙酸甘油酯水分指标。结果显示,烟用三乙酸甘油酯水分测试随环境湿度增大而增大,进样量越大,烟用三乙酸甘油酯水分测试结果偏差会越大。为了减少偏差,测试的环境相对湿度可以控制在50%左右,样品测试的进样量可以控制在1 m L左右。 The effect of relative humidity and different injection volume on the moisture test of triglyceride was studied by using Karl.Fischer method. Under the condition of constant temperature and the same injection volume, by changing the relative humidity of the environment and under the constant temperature and humidity conditions, by changing the injection volume,the moisture content of triglyceride was respectively measured. The results showed that the moisture content of triglyceride increased with the increase of environmental humidity, and the greater the injection volume, the greater the deviation of the test results of the triglyceride. In order to reduce the deviation, the relative humidity of the test environment can be controlled at about 50%, and the injection volume can be controlled at about 1 ml.
