摘要
本文对比研究了高温燃烧水解法、氧弹燃烧法、碱熔法和超声法提取固体生物质燃料中氯、氟,选择氧弹燃烧法作为样品中氯、氟提取首选方法。通过对氧弹燃烧法试验条件研究,结果表明在2.8 Mpa氧气压力下燃烧分解生物质样品,超纯水作为吸收液,吸收液作用时间25 min条件下,样品中氯、氟含量提取率高。结论:氧弹燃烧法作为样品处理方法操作简单,样品无损失,配合离子色谱可以实现固体生物质燃料中氯、氟含量准确测定。
In this paper, the high temperature combustion hydrolysis method, oxygen bomb combustion method, alkali fusion method and ultrasonic method were used in the extraction of chlorine and fluorine in solid biomass fuel. Through the study of test conditions on oxygen bomb combustion. The results show that in the 2.8 Mpa oxygen pressure combustion decomposition of biomass samples, ultrapure water as absorption solution, liquid absorption time 25 rain, chlorine and fluorine content in the sample with high extraction rate. Conclusion: the oxygen bomb combustion method is simple in operation and has no loss in the sample, and the content of chlorine and fluorine in solid biomass fuel can be determined by ion chromatography.
