摘要
本文主要研究不锈钢蚀刻加工产生的含铬三氯化铁蚀刻废液中铬的去除。先采用铁片将溶液中三价铁离子还原为亚铁离子,并降低溶液中游离酸含量,再用中和沉淀剂调剂溶液p H,除去溶液中铬。考察溶液p H、加药速度、搅拌速度对铬去除率、溶液铁损失率、反应时间的影响。比较沉淀剂氢氧化钠与氢氧化钙处理溶液中铬离子效果,得出氢氧化钙除铬效果较好且更经济。
The removal of chromium containing waste ferric chloride etchant this paper mainly studies the stainless steel etching processing produce chromium. First using iron in the solution reduction for ferrous ion, and reduce the free acid content in solution, reoccupy neutralizing precipitant dispensing solution pH, removal of chrornium in the solution. The effects of solution pH, adding speed and stirring speed on the removal rate of chromium, the loss rate of iron loss and reaction time were investigated. Comparison of effect of chromium ion precipitation agent sodium hydroxide and treated with calcium hydroxide solution, the calcium hydroxide chromium removal effect is better and more economical effects.
