臭氧/反硝化深床滤池联合深度处理卫生纸废水回用的工程实践

Engineering Practice on the Treatment and Reuse of Toilet Paper Waste-water Deeply Treated by Ozone/Denitrification Deep Bed Filter

针对卫生纸生产废水中水回用中对COD、SS、TN、TP等指标的高要求,采用臭氧/反硝化深床滤池联合深度处理废水并回用,介绍了系统设计与运行情况。实践结果表明,该工艺可实现出水COD≤30 mg/L,SS≤10 mg/L,TN≤1.5 mg/L,TP≤0.3 mg/L,处理效果稳定。

In order to meet the high requirements of COD, SS, TN and TP in the reuse of toilet paper production wastewater, the process of ozone/denitrification deep bed filter was applied. The design and operation situation of the system are introduced. The results showed that the effluent quality achieved COD≤30 mg/L, SS≤ 10 mg/L, TN≤ 1.5 mg/L, TP≤0.3 mg/L, and the system has stable treatment effect.
