关于建设项目环境管理中防护距离设置的探讨

Discussion on the Protection Zone of Construction Project Environmental Management

设置防护距离是建设项目环境管理的重要手段。本文从定义、设置前提、计算方法等角度对比分析环境影响评价过程中采用的各种防护距离依据。针对环境管理中落实防护距离出现的多头管理、三同时落实难度大等问题,提出建设项目防护距离设置原则与建议。

Setting protection zone is an important measure of construction project environmental management. This paper firstly carry out a comparative analysis of all kinds of protection zone in EIA from definitions, setting premises and calculation methods. The possible problem such as Multiple management and difficulty in implement the＂ three Simultaneous＇work were summarized. In the end the paper propose some suggestion for the problems of establishment and implementation in protection zone.
