系统梳理了广东省环境应急管理工作取得的成效,应急管理法律法规基础及当前存在的问题。围绕环境风险管控、突发环境事件处理处置、应急管理能力建设等问题,明确了当前广东省环境应急管理面临的挑战与机遇,对于降低全省环境风险、促进区域经济社会环境协调发展及确保生态环境安全具有重要的意义。
