摘要
《发酵工程》为生物工程专业的特色骨干课程,其教学效果对于学生专业素质和综合能力的培养具有重要影响,因此以工程素质培养为导向,探讨本课程的教学改革非常必要。本研究从教学内容调整、教学手段设计和考核方式优化三个角度对本课程的教学改革过程进行了探讨,为加强生物工程专业学生工程素质的培养效果提供了参考。
As a characteristic backbone curriculum for the major of bio-engineering, the teaching efficiency of Fermentation Engineering curriculum has important effect on the cultivation of professional quality and comprehensive capability of students studying bio-engineering. So it is very important to discuss the educational reform of this course to improve the engineering capability of students. In this paper, the educational reform was discussed from three points: regulation of teaching contents, design of teaching methods and optimization of evaluation modes. The results of this reform can provide a reference for enhancing cultivation results for training of engineering capability ofsludents studying bio-engineering.
