摘要
土壤污染具有一定的地域性,调查江门地区的土壤和蔬菜中的污染情况,科学指导菜农对蔬菜的种植。采用直接在本地采集土壤和蔬菜作为样品的方法,利用火焰-原子吸收分光光度法检测Cd、Cr和Pb三种重金属含量。结果表明:该地区的土壤中Cd、Cr和Pb的大部分检测结果都符合国家标准,只有镉测定项目的两个结果的污染指数污染(Pi)值大于1,有轻微污染的情况;在四种菜叶类蔬菜中,菜心的重金属含量最低,都没有超出国家一级标准的规定含量,而西洋菜平均含量恰好相反,三种重金属浓度都偏高,对。
Soil pollution is regional. Investigating soil and vegetables pollution in Jiangmen region can scientifically guide farmers to grow vegetables. The method of collecting soil and vegetables directly as a sample in the local can be adopted and the method of using the flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry to detect three kinds of heavy metals which are Cd, Cr and Pb can be used. Results show that most oil test results of Cd, Cr and Pb in the region meet the national standard, but only two results of determination of cadmium project pollution index (Pi) are greater than I, so there is a slight pollution. Of four vegetables in leafy vegetables, the flowering cabbage's heavy metal content is the lowest, which is no more than the statutory content of the national primary standard; to the contrary, the average content of three kinds of heavy metal concentration in watercress is highest, and the watercress's ability of three kinds of heavy metal enrichment is strongest. So, we should avoid planting watercress in heavy metal polluted area but choose to plant vegetables such as flowering cabbage in order to reduce the harm to human body.
