摘要
[研究背景]氯虫苯甲酰胺与茚虫威均为甜菜夜蛾的防治农药,将二者混配成功会对生产有积极效应。[目的]研究氯虫苯甲酰胺与茚虫威两种不同作用机制的杀虫剂混配对甜菜夜蛾的增效作用。[方法]采用浸叶法测定了氯虫苯甲酰胺与茚虫威对甜菜夜蛾幼虫的毒力及两种药剂混配的联合增效作用。[结果]氯虫苯甲酰胺与茚虫威对甜菜夜蛾幼虫的LC50分别为2.23 mg/L和201.65 mg/L。两者混配除7︰3和9︰1对甜菜夜蛾幼虫表现相加作用外,其余都有明显的增效作用;当二者有效成分为1︰9时,增效作用最强,共毒系数最高,为1843.24。
[Background] Chlorantraniliprole and indoxacarb are the control of pesticides of Spodoptera exigua Hubner, tile combination of the two will have a positive effect on the production. IAimsl The study aim is to investigate the synergistic effect of pesticides chlorantraniliprole and indoxacarb with different mechanism on S. exigua Hubner larvae. [Method]The toxicity and synergistic effect of chlorantraniliprole and indoxacarb on S. exigua Hubner were studied by leaf immersion method. I Resultl The LC50 of chlorantranitiprole and indoxacarb on S. exigua Hubner were 2.23 mg/L and 201.65 mg/L respectively. There was a synergistic interaction, when chlorantraniliprole mixed with indoxacarb in different ratio except 7:3 and 9:1 (a.i.). The maxirnum CTC was 1843.24 with the ratio of 1:9 (a.i.).
