摘要
以甜菜夜蛾为试虫,研究了荧光增白剂OB对苜蓿银纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒的增效作用。结果表明,荧光增白剂OB能显著提高苜蓿银纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒对甜菜夜蛾幼虫的毒力。在0.10%~0.90%的浓度范围内,增效作用随着荧光增白剂OB浓度的增加先增大后持平。添加量为0.50%时,就可达到较好的增效效果,然而荧光增白剂OB对苜蓿银纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒的增效作用随着供试昆虫虫龄的增大而降低。
The synergistic effect of fluorescent brightener OB on Autographa californica nucleopolyhedrovirus was studied using Spodoptera exigua Hubner as testing insect in laboratory. The testing results showed that the synergy was enhanced first then flat as the increase of the concentration of OB with in 0.10 %-0.90 %, and the synergistic effect was ideal when the concentration of OB was 0.50 %. But the synergy was decreased with the instars increasing from3^end to 4th star.
