摘要 目的:优选连翘叶中连翘酯苷的超声提取工艺。方法:以连翘酯苷的得量为指标,以连翘酯苷为对照品,采用超高效液相色谱法测定超声法提取连翘叶中连翘酯苷的含量。通过L_9(3~4)正交试验,对影响超声法提取连翘酯苷效果的四个因素(提取温度、提取时间、提取频率、提取次数)进行优选。结果:连翘叶在提取温度50℃、提取时间32 min、超声频率35 k Hz,提取1次即可达到最佳提取效果。结论:本实验为优化连翘叶中连翘酯苷的超声提取工艺提供了参考依据。 Objective: To optimize the ultrasonic extraction technology of Forsythia suspense leaves. Method: The weight of the obtained Forsythiaside was as the standard. Use Forsythiaside as control samples. With UPLC of ultrasonic extraction of Forsythiaside in Forsythia suspense leaves. Using L9(3^4) orthogonal test, the tour factors ( extraction temperature, extraction time, extraction frequency and extraction times ) wonld be selected, which influenced the ultrasonic extraction of Forsythiaside from Forsythia suspense leaves. Result: The extraction effect of Forsythia suspense leaves was the best in the extraction temperature 50 ℃, extraction time 32 rain, ultrasonic frequency 35 kHz. Conclusion: The experiment for the optimization of ultrasonic extraction of Forsythiaside frona Forsythia suspense leaves provides reference.
