量角法测电晕处理薄膜润湿张力 被引量:2

摘要 本文以电晕处理薄膜样品为研究对象,利用量角法测量样品的润湿张力。讨论了量角法试验水滴体积、冷冻时间参数对试验结果的影响,同时论述了温度、湿度等其他测试因素的影响。结果表明,量角法可以替代涂布法对电晕处理薄膜样品润湿张力进行测试,且具有一定的优越性。 In this paper, corona treated films samples were studied. Angular method was used to investigate the wetting tension of the samples. Effect of several testing conditions including the water drop volume and freezing time on the experimental results was studied. Effect of other factors such as temperature and humidity was discussed, as well. The results showed that the angular method is more advantageous and could be used instead of conditional coating method to test the wetting tension.
